Platinum Tote Rental provides reusable heavy-duty tote rental services only. We do not offer moving labor, packing assistance, or relocation services of any kind. Our service is limited to the delivery, rental, and pickup of totes.
All packages include a standard 14-day rental period beginning on the date of delivery. Additional weeks are available at the rate specified in your selected package. Rental fees are due upon confirmation of your booking.
Late fees will accrue for each additional week (or portion thereof) that totes are retained beyond the agreed rental period. By booking with Platinum Tote Rental, you authorize us to charge the applicable rental fees, including any accrued late fees, to the payment method on file.
You are responsible for the totes during the rental period. By booking, you authorize Platinum Tote Rental to charge the payment method on file for:
Replacement costs will be assessed at current market value and communicated to you prior to charging.
Platinum Tote Rental only accepts deliveries within our designated service area. Bookings outside our service area will not be fulfilled and will be refunded in full. Please confirm your delivery address is within our service area before booking.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund. To cancel or modify your booking, contact us at [email protected] or call 402-431-3111.
Platinum Tote Rental is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our totes or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental period in question.
